Apus is taking part in IBAKTECH 2026 at the Istanbul Expo Center on 14–17 October 2026. You will find us in Hall 5, at booth 539.
IBAKTECH is the second largest fair of its kind in the world and the largest in Eurasia for bakery, pastry, ice cream and chocolate technology. Organised every two years by Messe Stuttgart Türkiye, it opens for the 15th time; in 2026 it will host more than 300 exhibitors and over 500 brands across 7 halls and 80,000 square metres. In 2024 it welcomed more than 92,000 visitors from 118 countries.
At our booth you can talk through the lines of the European manufacturers we represent and work out the solution that fits your production target with us: a single machine or a complete line, from dough preparation and forming to fermentation, baking and packaging. Bring your capacity, product range and plant conditions; our engineering team will be on the stand for all four days.
