Here you will find what you share when you fill in the quote form, why and for how long we process it, who we pass it to, and what your rights are.
Data controller
This notice is prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data by Apus İnovasyon Mühendislik ve Gıda Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, acting as data controller.

What data we process
When you fill in the quote form you share the following: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in, your target capacity and the message you write.
How the form works: when you press "Send the request", the information is emailed to us through the server that hosts the site; no permanent record is kept on the server. To prevent abuse of the form, a Cloudflare Turnstile check runs before sending; during this check your IP address and technical details of your browser are evaluated by Cloudflare. If the server cannot be reached, the form opens a prepared message in your own email application and the data reaches us only when you send it.

- If a contract is formed, to carry out delivery, installation, commissioning and after sales processes
- To meet our obligations arising from legislation
Legal ground
Your data is processed on the grounds listed in Article 5 of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Where legislation expressly provides for processing, that ground applies as well.
Transfer abroad
Apus represents European manufacturers in Turkey. To prepare your quote we need to pass your request and your technical requirements to the relevant manufacturer. These manufacturers are based in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Portugal. Your personal data is therefore transferred abroad.
The transfer is made within the framework of Article 9 of the Law and only to the extent needed to answer your request. What is transferred is limited to what the quote requires.
In addition, the Cloudflare Turnstile service used for form verification and the hosting provider of the site operate servers abroad; your IP address and technical browser details may be transferred abroad in this context.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation. When those periods expire the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether it is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
How to apply
To exercise your rights you can send your request by email to info@apus.com.tr or in writing to the address above. Your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. Turkish and English pages are served at separate addresses; no language preference is stored. If your browser language differs from the page language, a language suggestion is shown; when you close it, a single entry is written to your browser session storage so it is not shown again in the same tab. It does not identify you, it is never sent to a server, and it is removed when you close the tab.
Updates
This notice is updated when legislation or our business processes change. Effective date: 5 September 2026.
