Bag Closing Conveyors
The bagged product travels on a pusher conveyor to the closing head and is closed with clipband, tab lock, twist tie or tape. The closing system sets the look on the shelf and how the bag is reopened; it is chosen for the market.
The HPL range is for the semi-automatic line: with the bag blower, 30 bags a minute. The HTA range is for the fully automatic line: behind the HBS bagloader, 60 bags a minute. The Mini Pack stands alone for the small bakery, the CL-FLOW runs after a flowpack without synchronisation. All take a vacuum pump, the HBT bag tensioner and a date coder.
