Bagging Machines
Bagging is the step that is most often done by hand, and the one where most time is lost. These machines open a pre-made wicket bag and place the product inside.
The semi-automatic body opens the bag and the operator loads it: 25 bags a minute. The fully automatic body loads sliced or unsliced bread and buns on its own: 60 bags a minute. There is a separate body for flat products such as pita, tortilla and naan.
