Sandwiching and Biscuit Creaming Lines
Two things decide a sandwich biscuit: that the cream weighs the same in every sandwich, and that the base is handled without breaking. This line uses a separate cream pump for each lane, so the deposit can be set lane by lane and the weight variation stays low.
It is built from one lane up to six. Up to 800 sandwiches a minute per lane, and up to 1,600 in total. The product can be loaded by hand or fed automatically from the line, and it can be discharged in several configurations.
