Collecting packed products into cases is the first step of the end of line. This group opens the flat carton, loads the product from the side or from the top and closes the case; it also covers tray and wraparound cases and lid application.
GEA loads continuously from the side and reaches 100 cases a minute. DOM loads from the top with pick and place, for fragile products such as frozen bread and breadsticks. SKY erects and closes the case vertically, DRON makes tray and wraparound cases, LIDON applies lids, ICE prepares cluster packs. RSC and HSC American cases.

Automatic case packer, side loading
Pushes single products or multipacks into pre-glued cases from the side. Single-pusher intermittent version 35, multi-pusher continuous version 80-100 cases a minute. Semi or fully automatic.

Top load case packer
Places the product into the case from the top with pick and place. For fragile products such as frozen bread and breadsticks; a complete line with case erecting, bag-in-box and closing.
