Cutting and Transport Tables
Moving dough by hand costs time and risks incorrect handling. The Ferneto tables take transport, cutting and forming onto the line, and the workflow becomes orderly.
There are three types. The MTF only transports, the MCF adds a circular cutting station, and the MCV combines marking, circular and vertical cutting, folding and trimming extraction in one machine.
