Kadaifi Lines
The kadaifi strands are poured thin and baked on a hot plate. There are two bodies: the round machine works over a turning plate, and the straight machine works on a belt and gives a higher capacity.
Both are built to CE and hygiene standards, with stainless steel frames. The straight machine produces up to 300 kilograms of kadaifi an hour.
