Pizza Spinner, Sprizza

Sigma

The Sprizza reproduces the manual dexterity of the pizza-maker as closely as possible. Its patented micro-rolling system was developed to knead the dough the way the hands of an expert would.

What sets the machine apart is that it spreads the dough cold: it achieves the same kind of rim a skilful pizza-maker would obtain, without altering the dough. It is easy and practical to use, and the portions come out perfectly flattened every time.
