It cuts sponge horizontally. Up to five blades go in, the blade height changes quickly, and it is set at 10, 15 or 20 millimetres.

Syrup spraying system
It sprays syrup onto the cut layers. One or two vacuum nozzles and a 15 litre syrup tank, at 40 to 50 layers a minute.

Dosing, icing and decoration
A volumetric depositor built for cake production. It deposits the batter into the tin, ices the middle layers, finishes the top and the sides, and decorates. Three jobs on one body.

Decorating machine
The decorating gun takes the place of the pastry bag. It decorates pastry, finishes cake sides with or without a combed pattern, injects and layers. With the optional turntable, both hands stay free.
