Cream and Batter Equipment
Preparing cream and batter, moving it and applying it to the product is the job of four separate machines. The slurry mixer prepares the batter or an unaerated premix, the continuous mixer pumps and aerates it, the depositor puts it into the pan, and the enrober covers the finished product with chocolate or another coating.
The four can be taken one at a time, or connected together. Stainless steel is used in the product zone, and there are roll-out arrangements for cleaning and maintenance.

Four machines
One prepares the batter, one aerates it, one deposits it and one coats the product. In sequence, or on their own.
Chocolate and coating
It coats snack cakes, doughnuts, cookies and biscuits with chocolate or another coating. The conveyor inclines and then declines under dual waterfalls, so the leading and trailing edges of the product are covered properly.

Piston and manifold
For cakes, muffins and icing production. It deposits at high speed, continuously or intermittently. It is built to your pan size and configuration.

Batter and premix
It prepares cake batter, or an unaerated premix to be used with a continuous mixing system. A single-speed pump transfers the mix to ancillary equipment under control.
