Dough Rounding Machines
Benier rounders were developed against a clear set of criteria: a wide dough weight range, tolerance of different dough consistencies and high capacity. They are tailored to your need with application-specific options.
Dough pieces are kept from jamming or lagging during rounding. The machine works in step with the next one, so dough keeps flowing under control. Adding a new rounder does not mean rearranging the line you already have.

Models and options
The same engineering, configured around your product.
Wide weight and consistency range
Designed to work with different dough weights and consistencies. Produces evenly round dough balls.
- Special light-alloy cone that reduces wear
- Improved multi-layer teflon coating on the cone and the tracks
- A seal between cone and tracks: minimises dough damage, tearing and cone wear
- Central adjustment of the upper track, the others adjusted by hand
- Teflon-coated outlet chute prevents sticking
- Lockable wheeled chassis
- Power supply
- 3~400V · 50 Hz · earth and neutral

Tallround (HDS), high capacity
The combination of cylinder and cone rounds dough most efficiently. Chosen for products like pizza that need a neatly round ball, and where capacity matters.
- Durable build, low maintenance cost
- Light-alloy cylindrical and conical parts reduce wear
- A seal between cone and carrier prevents dough loss and flaking
- Multi-layer teflon coating keeps the dough flowing smoothly
- Effective rounding even on stiff dough types
- Simple, user-friendly interface
- Capacity
- Up to 10,000 pieces per hour

A cylindrical rounder for every consistency
Works with everything from tin bread to soft fermented doughs and pre-ferments. The match between the speed and the shape of the rounding carriers keeps the result the same from piece to piece.
- Weight accuracy holds on every dough piece
- Product quality can be watched and controlled at every stage
- Clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation options
- Single or double carrier: an extended carrier gives more capacity
- The rounding carrier lifts out quickly for cleaning
- Collection boxes for surplus dough
- Smallest piece
- 30 grams

Sticky and rye doughs
An alternative to the conical rounder. Fermented and re-hydrated doughs are handled by a V-shaped belt with two felts and a flour duster.
- V-shaped transport belt with two felts
- Standard flour dusting system included, detects the dough piece
- Separate motors for the transport belts, one frequency controlled
- Fine adjustment with hand wheels
- Short stoppage times
- Hygienic design, easy cleaning and maintenance
