Enclosed Frame Industrial Mixers
The horizontal unibody design gives strength and stability whatever the load size and whatever the dough type. That is what separates it from the open frame: the body is enclosed and made in one piece, which means a more solid structure at high capacity.
The single-end drive system makes the drives, shafts and bearings stronger. The bowl tilts through a wider range and the body comes out cleaner and more compact. The agitator is chosen from four options to suit the product.
- Frame
- horizontal unibody, enclosed
- Drive
- single-end
- Agitators
- four options
- Tilt
- a wide range
- A horizontal unibody design that holds strength whatever the load and dough type
- A single-end drive system for stronger drives, shafts and bearings
- Greater bowl tilt flexibility
- A cleaner, more compact body
- High-capacity mixing and dough kneading
- Four agitator options
- Triple roller bar: consistent kneading for yeast-based doughs
- Options for tailored mix cycles and refrigeration for frozen dough
- Double sigma arm: uniform mixing with balanced agitators
- Even ingredient distribution, preserving texture and integrity
- Single sigma arm: double-sweep, for chocolate chips, fruits and nuts
- High shear: it produces hydration and dissolves sticky components
- A dedicated agitator and bowl configuration for gums, thickeners and stabilizers
Four agitators
The body and the drive are the same. The only thing that changes is the tool inside the bowl, and so which product it suits.
For yeast-based doughs
The triple roller bar agitator gives consistent kneading in yeast-based doughs. The mix cycle can be tailored to the product, and refrigeration can be added for frozen dough production.
- Consistent kneading in yeast-based doughs
- Mix cycles that can be tailored to the product
- A refrigeration option for frozen dough
- A horizontal unibody frame
- A single-end drive
- Tool
- three roller bars
- Dough
- yeast-based
- Options
- refrigeration, tailored cycles

Uniform mixing with balanced agitators
The two sigma arms balance each other, so ingredients spread evenly through the bowl. The texture and integrity of the product are preserved.
- Two balanced sigma arms
- Even ingredient distribution
- Texture and integrity preserved
- A uniform mix
- A horizontal unibody frame
- A single-end drive
- Tool
- double sigma arm
- Mix
- uniform, evenly distributed
- Preserves
- texture and integrity

Double-sweep, for particulate ingredients
The double-sweep single sigma agitator mixes ingredients such as chocolate chips, fruits and nuts smoothly, without breaking them up.
- A double-sweep single sigma agitator
- Chocolate chips
- Fruits
- Nuts
- Mixing without breaking the pieces up
- A horizontal unibody frame
- Tool
- single sigma, double-sweep
- Ingredients
- chocolate chips, fruits, nuts
- Mixing
- keeps pieces intact

Hydration and sticky components
The agitator and the bowl configuration are designed together: it produces hydration and dissolves sticky components such as gums, thickeners and stabilizers.
- A dedicated high shear agitator and bowl configuration
- It produces hydration
- It dissolves gums
- It dissolves thickeners
- It dissolves stabilizers
- A horizontal unibody frame
- Tool
- high shear with a dedicated bowl configuration
- Function
- hydration
- Components
- gums, thickeners, stabilizers
Tell us your dough type, your batch weight and what follows on the line, and we will pick the agitator and the options. Refrigeration for frozen dough, tailored mix cycles and a wider tilt are among the choices.
